What you’ll need:
— 1+ year of work experience as B2B Account manager in IT
— Fluent English — both spoken and written
— Analytical mindset
— Highly developed social and communication skills
— Ability to cope with a high-pace, complex and changing environment
— Understanding of market specifics
— Accuracy in documentation and payment processes
— Negotiation, listening, presentation, and time management skills.
What you’ll do:
— Act as the main point of contact and develop a trusted advisor relationship with existing customers
— Communicating with current clients to understand status and satisfaction
— Problem resolution of technical/management/financial/business issues on a regular basis
— Motivate our existing partners to stay loyal to the company and increase our profit together
— Reports on the work results
— Document and finance calendar management for projects
— Creating agreements
— Regular analysis of the eCommerce domain
— Develop new working strategies and their implementation
— Improving work processes.
