We are looking for an analytical and result-oriented Account Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to strengthen our sales and marketing team.
At Bintime we are professionalizing to deliver products and solutions for data transformation and PIM systems. We have both outsource and product divisions. Bintime’s product range already helped top retailers and manufacturers of the world to automate rich content intake and improve their product data workflows (Amazon, Walmart, MediaMarkt, HP, etc.).You may have an opportunity to work with A-brands as your customers and bring new ones on board.This position is related to product division. As an Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to Bintime/Gepard customers by enabling them to use Gepard products to achieve their business goals. You’ll work with customers to execute success plans to meet their stakeholder goals. You will work with customers to beat organizational and technical barriers and identify opportunities to help customers engage their use of Bintime services and Gepard products. You will also act as a customer advocate for product features and requirements.
-Lead the onboarding to product and solution of Bintime/Gepard, and help Gepard’s customers realize the mutual value of our partnership and offerings.
-Create value for customers by defining success with Gepard/Bintime and then achieving their goals.
-Develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Reviews and meetings to better understand technical needs.
-Become an expert on Bintime and Gepard product and value proposition
-Advanced English skills (fluent, nearly native)
-Additional languages will be a plus
-Great communication skills, both speaking and writing
-Comfortable on calls and in a consultative sales environment
-Problem-solving mindset and skills, affinity to details
-Strong personality with a “can-do” attitude
-A natural curiosity coupled with an eagerness to learn and grow
-Previous experience in a B2B
-Experience with CRM system.
