Gather and consolidate business requirements from the clients
Review and analyse the requirements and various sources of information provided by customer/available online
Manage and facilitate Solution Scope, Estimation and Solution design processes with the Technical Team
Define Roadmap and Delivery Methodology
Help in creation of Proposal presentation
Work as a business consultant to the Delivery team during kick-off and discovery phase
