3+ years of hands on experience in taking a key role as IT Project Manager
Working in an international environment
Experience with e-commerce
Demonstrated experience in complex IT organizations in senior roles which include budget management, re-structuring of activities & teams, executive level & quality of reporting
Experience in managing technical aspects of software delivery
Team player & Strong communication skills
Ability to build consensus in an environment of conflicting interests and ensure execution of agreed initiatives — always focused towards result
Excellent planning & delivery skills
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to explain differences between them
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Experience of creating technical documentation and requirements
Understanding of web-technologies, ability to explain basic things like what is git, script, cron, api etc.

Manage delivery of the development team;
People management: one-to-one’s, performance reviews, keep team motivated and happy;
Monitor sprint process and ensure sprint scope & purpose is delivered;
Provide leadership and motivation of team members to meet project objectives;
Own decision making within defined level of authority;
Take ownership of the delivery to drive problems to resolution;
Define priorities and make things be completed in time;
Proactively communicate project/sprint status, issues and risks to Product owner;
Assist Product owner in internal and external communications with 3rd parties;
Prepare progress reports, develop and maintain project documentation;
Design, maintain releases during each iteration, organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives);
Drive process improvement — identify inefficiencies in the processes, suggest and introduce improvements.

A new project for developing the procurement platform for mid to large sized enterprises is started. We are using the modern technical stack (Symfony/Elastic/MongoDB/RabbitMQ) and going to develop state-of-art application. The platform shall be used to deliver million sized IT procurement contracts to largest companies in Benelux and Europe.
