Bini Games is a Ukrainian product company with a portfolio of more than 30 educational apps for children. We employ over 200+ passionate professionals who manage the entire development cycle, from idea generation to app development and promotion in global markets on iOS and Android platforms. Since you’ll be working on and promoting a collaborative project with Bini Games called MaPanda, here is some information about this product:

MaPanda (Partnership project Bini Games) is an innovative application for gamified online interaction where children see and hear the instructor as an animated character. Ideal for online academies, schools, kindergartens, psychologists, tutors, and teachers.

Our platform is designed to revolutionize online education by providing an engaging and interactive learning environment. It is particularly well-suited for teaching foreign languages, school readiness, developing soft skills, logic, mathematics, emotional intelligence, and creativity.

What tasks will be in front of you?

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with MaPanda’s business objectives. Present and adjust strategies to meet evolving market demands and company goals
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation plans to attract new clients aggressively
  • Client Relationship Management: Manage CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the PR Generalist to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring a cohesive strategy to increase brand awareness and client acquisition
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure the satisfaction of current clients by addressing their needs and maintaining high levels of service
  • Performance Monitoring: Set and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on sales performance and adjust tactics as needed
  • Entrepreneurial Approach: Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to identify new opportunities, innovate on sales processes, and adapt quickly to changes
  • Team Building: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales and lead generation team from the ground up

  • Sales Strategy Development: Expertise in formulating and implementing effective sales strategies tailored to the edtech sector
  • Lead Generation: Proficiency in developing and executing lead generation plans to attract new clients aggressively
  • CRM Management: Extensive experience with CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and understand competitive dynamics
  • Negotiation: Advanced negotiation skills to close deals effectively and build profitable partnerships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with sales tools and software, including but not limited to CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and analytics software.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial metrics and P&L management to drive profitability and financial performance.
  • Team Building: Proven experience in recruiting, training, and leading high-performing sales teams from scratch.
