Senior Full stack JS Developer, Team Lead (вакансія неактивна)

Senior Full Stack JS developer, Team Lead to join our team of highly qualified engineers and help us build a healthcare solution for US customer from scratch.

About the project:

Area: Healthcare software solution
Customer’s location: USA
Team in Lviv: 4 developers and 1 QA engineer

It’s an all-in-one healthcare solution, that covers logistics related requirements of hospitals, medical centers, nursing homes, etc. The platform aims at helping manage both emergency and non-emergency patient transport workflow by maximizing the number of served patients while minimizing the total traveling distance/time.

It’s a long-term project, and its development will start from scratch with full involvement of our on-site team, including active participation in taking complex architectural decisions.

Your responsibilities:

* Architect the solution
* Actively participate in development
* Review project’s code quality (pull requests, enforce best practices)
* Ensure product quality, which will involve working closely with QA engineer to develop testing strategy
* Manage and ensure the delivery of the product
* Communicate with customers on a daily basis
* Lead the team of 4 engineers
* Hold team meetings (daily, planning, retrospective)
* Give performance reviews to employees

A good candidate has:

> Extensive experience with JavaScript programming
> Strong knowledge of Node.js, pm2, AWS, nginx, *nix, Docker
> Expertise in backend development: Express.js, MongoDB, Mongoose, ES2016, Socket.io
> Proficiency in frontend development: React, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, webpack
> Solid experience in supporting Node.js setups in production
> Experience in working with AWS
> Good communication and interpersonal skills, since the role will involve daily communication with the customer
> Experience in leading a development team
> High emotional intelligence level
> English level Upper-Intermediate +

Would be a plus:

+ Experience in using Docker containers in production
+ Experience with preparing an application for HIPAA compliancy
+ Experience in communication with foreign customers, preferably Americans, would be a great advantage
