Business Development Trainee (вакансія неактивна)

We are looking for an ambitious and talented team member who wants to build an exciting career in the world of Business Development and Sales. In this position, you will work closely with our management team to increase our business development and marketing efforts and to detect potential for improvement. You will gain a thorough understanding of the IT outsourcing market, as you will learn how to identify potential clients from Western Markets and develop the necessary skills to approach prospects with our value proposition.

Responsibilities:

— Conduct market research on leading startups and technology companies in Western Europe and North America
— Provide information and prepare reports on potential new customers
— Work with our CRM system to improve the efficiency of our sales process
— Analyze our business development activities and prepare executive reports, using different metrics (KPIs, internal records, Google Analytics, ...)

Requirements:

— University degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Languages or related fields
— English — Advanced, with perfect writing skills
— Structured working approach, ability to meet deadlines, maintain clean records
— Motivated and driven team player
— Accurate performance of assigned tasks, with great attention to detail
— Familiar with the basic principles of MS Excel & Google Sheets

Will be a plus:

* Knowledge of an additional language (German, French, Dutch, ...) is a plus
* Experience of living abroad is a plus
* Previous experience in IT is a huge plus
