Middle/Senior Flutter Developer (вакансія неактивна)

About the project:

A FinTech company building modern, scalable payment solutions and actively transitioning all products to a Flutter-first ecosystem. The company operates multiple applications across invoicing, payments, and financial operations, supported by an AWS-based infrastructure.

You will join a growing Flutter team and take ownership of feature delivery, architectural decisions, and code quality across several applications. In parallel, the company is rebuilding a legacy accounts payable/receivable system from React to Flutter — a multi-stage transformation where your expertise may be involved.

The system is supported by a fully established tokenized design system, enabling consistent UI, efficient development workflows, and component reusability.

Tech Stack:

Flutter, Dart, (legacy: React), Java (legacy system), REST APIs, AWS, AI-assisted development (Cursor), internal design system

Talent you’ll bring into our team:

• 4+ years of commercial experience with Flutter, with strong ownership of feature development and architecture.
• Deep understanding of Flutter layouts, state management, component systems, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work independently, make technical decisions, and support the team with best practices.
• Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with the team and stakeholders.
• Experience integrating REST APIs and delivering complex end-to-end features.
• Ability to analyze existing application flows and work comfortably within a large product ecosystem.
• Experience with migrations, refactoring, or rebuilding legacy systems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to read backend APIs (Java) or understand high-level React frontend logic is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools to speed up work and improve productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of Flutter development across multiple financial applications, delivering high-quality, maintainable features.
• Collaborate closely with the Flutter team and technical leadership on architectural decisions, best practices, and system improvements.
• Implement features using the company’s design system, ensuring consistent and scalable UI/UX.
• Integrate with backend systems and REST APIs, ensuring reliable communication and data handling.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in design discussions, and help shape the long-term direction of the Flutter ecosystem.
• Contribute to the phased migration of the legacy application from React to Flutter, including understanding existing logic and flows.
• Identify issues, propose improvements, and proactively drive enhancements to performance, stability, and code quality.
• Participate in planning and requirement clarification, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow across the team.
