Responsibilities:
- Setting up and maintaining the technical infrastructure needed for efficient lead generation, including integration of sales tools and basic automation
- Designing, running, and optimizing outreach campaigns to attract high-quality prospects in the software development space
- Testing and refining lead generation strategies to improve both quality and quantity of leads over time, implementing tracking and measurement systems
- Conducting market research to identify target industries, companies, and decision-makers while building our ideal customer profile
- Assessing and segmenting leads to ensure they fit the criteria of an ICP and buyer personas
- Managing the full lead lifecycle, from initial identification through qualification and nurturing
- Building simple yet effective reporting systems to track key metrics such as lead quality, response rates, and conversion rates
- Creating and optimizing message sequences that resonate with technical decision-makers
- Collaborating with marketing on content strategy to support lead generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging
Talent you’ll bring into our team:
- 3+ years of experience in lead generation, combining technical setup and hands-on outreach
- Strong understanding of sales tools and ability to maintain automated workflows
- Experience selling software development services to technical decision-makers
- Natural ability to organize and drive your own processes from start to finish

- Excellent written communication to craft compelling outreach messages
