As a sourcer, your mission is to look for exceptional talent, serving as the eyes and ears of the recruitment team. Your purpose is to master diverse sourcing methodologies, meticulously monitor performance metrics, and consistently achieve tangible results.

Whether it’s an app that saves lives, a cutting-edge BI platform, a high-traffic marketplace, or a streamlined CRM system, each project presents unique challenges and offers world-class potential.

👉 Your responsibilities:
- Sourcing top talent in Software, Marketing and Sales department using different channels: LinkedIn, internal database, employee referrals, job portals, networking and other resources
- Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
- Other related tasks, as requested
👉 Talent you’ll bring into our team:
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in an agency or in-house
- Strong online candidate sourcing skills
- Good understanding of national IT Market as well as global
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, negotiation
- Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels
- Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English
