We are seeking an HR People Partner who will play a pivotal role as a link between the HR department and business units, ensuring the alignment of HR practices with the organization’s overarching goals and objectives. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of both HR principles and the business context. As HR People Partner you will be in charge of developing and implementing best practices in HR policies, manuals, etc as well.

👉 Expected knowledge and competencies:
— 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner in a multicultural high-tech environment.
— Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in creating and setting up metrics.
— Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, manuals, etc.
— Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
— Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively.
— Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations.
— Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment.
— Upper-intermediate level of English.
👉 We expect you to perform such Outcomes/Responsibilities:
— Involvement in the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1-2-1, performance evaluation processes, exit interviews, etc.).
— Focus on retention activities.
— Working with teams.
— Consulting management regarding people management issues, providing solutions.
— Participation in HR policies & documentation development.
— Taking part in surveys development and analysis.
— Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture.
— Communication across all levels of the company.
