We seek a highly organized and proactive Team Assistant to offer extensive assistance to our CEO and operations team on critical projects. This dynamic role requires the ability to juggle multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing needs. You’ll split your time between supporting the CEO with administrative tasks and assisting with various HR, event, communications, and process improvement projects. To provide comprehensive support to our CEO and operations team, enabling smooth operations and project execution through stellar administrative assistance and proactive collaboration.
• At least upper-intermediate level of English
• Stellar organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Comfort juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
• Solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach
• Sense of responsibility, reliability, accuracy
• Client-service attitude and ability to work under time pressure
• Prior experience in executive support or fast-paced administration role is a plus, but not obligatory
• Provide administrative support to the CEO
• Assist operations team with critical projects
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials
• Gather information and materials for assigned projects
• Ensure smooth operations through process improvement
• Make independent decisions aligned with policies
• Collaborate closely with operations team to formalize administrative processes
