We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to serve as the liaison between Binary Studio and our Clients. Your main mission in this role is to nurture long-lasting relationships with our Clients, making them feel valued and supported. You’ll be focused on swiftly and effectively addressing their needs and concerns, all while discovering new ways to bring even more value to the businesses we work with in our portfolio.

👉 Your Responsibilities
— Respond to Client inquiries promptly and efficiently, serving as the primary point of contact for Client-related concerns
— Schedule regular Client meetings to review roadmaps, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement
— Monitor Client accounts to ensure service delivery aligns with budget and objectives
— Identify and capitalize on upselling, cross-selling, and renewal opportunities for business growth
— Maintain up-to-date Client records, tracking contract updates and renewals
— Oversee account processes, such as team extension, replacements, downsizing, and escalations
— Assist the account team in refining project-related processes and providing support
— Create bi-weekly progress reports for top management
— Coordinate invoicing with the accounting department
— Collaborate with the Delivery team on candidate interviews, onboarding, and maintaining Client-related documentation
👉Requirements
— At least 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in the software development or technology industry. Additional sales or customer service is highly appreciated
— Advanced English proficiency
— Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field; familiarity with software development is a plus
— Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong Client relationships
— Ability to resolve Client issues and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
— Familiarity with software development processes, methodologies, and technologies to communicate effectively with development teams and Clients
— Strong organizational and time management skills, with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes in the industry
