Head of Marketing (вакансія неактивна)


We are looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about developing others, getting things done, and striving for excellence. You will be building a strong marketing function to support the company’s hypergrowth.


  • Lead generation via PPC campaigns and other channels;
  • Google Analytics and other data visualization tools to make data-driven decisions;
  • Inbound marketing function set up and management;
  • Content creation and distribution to generate leads and support positioning;
  • Project management;
  • Building and scaling up the team;
  • Knowledge of the software development outsourcing market;
  • Annual and quarterly marketing planning;
  • English (C1-C2).

Will be a plus:

  • Understanding the process and principles of UVP development, market positioning, customer segmentation, branding, etc.;
  • Understanding the principles or experience with premium products and services promotion;
  • Launching new products to the market.


  • Develop and run campaigns to grow the number of qualified leads;
  • Develop a UVP and build customers the perception that Binary Studio provides top-notch quality services;
  • Build a marketing strategy and develop the marketing team to support business growth;
  • Collaborate with other company’s leaders to drive growth and excellence;
  • Work closely with the sales team to improve the quality of leads and streamline the sales process;
  • Be a servant leader for your team;
  • Apply problem-solving skills to drive changes;
  • Pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and execute on what is being promised;
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
