Requirements:
- Lead generation via PPC campaigns and other channels;
- Google Analytics and other data visualization tools to make data-driven decisions;
- Inbound marketing function set up and management;
- Content creation and distribution to generate leads and support positioning;
- Project management;
- Building and scaling up the team;
- Knowledge of the software development outsourcing market;
- Annual and quarterly marketing planning;
- English (C1-C2).
Will be a plus:
- Understanding the process and principles of UVP development, market positioning, customer segmentation, branding, etc.;
- Understanding the principles or experience with premium products and services promotion;
- Launching new products to the market.

- Develop and run campaigns to grow the number of qualified leads;

- Build a marketing strategy and develop the marketing team to support business growth;
- Collaborate with other company’s leaders to drive growth and excellence;
- Work closely with the sales team to improve the quality of leads and streamline the sales process;
- Be a servant leader for your team;
- Apply problem-solving skills to drive changes;
- Pitch ideas to internal stakeholders and execute on what is being promised;
- Verbal and written communication skills.
