About:
We are looking for a skilled Zendesk AI Specialist (Contractor) to support an e-commerce platform selling medical uniforms. The goal is to implement AI within Zendesk to automate customer outreach and streamline inbound query handling.
This is a part-time opportunity that can be easily combined with a full-time job or other projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with Zendesk AI tools:
- Answer Bot
- AI macros and automations
- Flow Builder
- Hands-on experience with custom AI integrations via Zendesk API
- Ability to estimate capabilities, risks, and costs of AI solutions
- Solid understanding of Zendesk architecture and automation options
Your Responsibilities
- Audit existing Zendesk setup and evaluate built-in AI tools
- Conduct feasibility analysis and propose tailored AI solutions
- Estimate implementation efforts and potential risks
- Deliver a clear integration plan and roadmap
- Advise on improvements beyond default Zendesk functionality
Will Be a Plus
- Experience in e-commerce or healthcare domains
- Familiarity with third-party AI tools and outreach automation
- Background in chatbot setup and optimization
