About
Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Business Analyst with healthcare experience, especially in integrating EHR systems.
It is a Contract position, Part-time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst
• Experience in the healthcare domain
• Experience in integrating EHR systems
• Solid expertise in the discovery stage of the project
• Ability to translate business needs into software and operational requirements
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
  
  

Your Responsibilities:

• Taking a proactive role in engaging with the client during all phases, understanding his needs, and showcasing the business analysis capabilities
• Contributing to proposal development, providing insights into how the BA process can add value to the client’s business objectives
• Leading workshops
• Conducting workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand pain points, and facilitate discussions that lead to a comprehensive understanding of business needs.
• Analyzing the current state of the business processes
• Using various business analysis techniques to document and model the current state, such as process maps, data flow diagrams, and business process models
• Sharing insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Designing solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and architects, to design solutions that address the identified business problems and align with the client’s goals
• Driving client and the team towards defining requirements and conceptual solutions
• Facilitating communication and collaboration between stakeholders to define conceptual solutions that meet business objectives
• Creating concise and clear documentation summarizing the results of business analysis activities
• Presenting findings and proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a way that is understandable and aligned with business goals
