Senior Data Scientist

Binariks is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team.
About the project: An AI-Powered Productivity Platform. This platform helps Insurance Brokers in the Retail and Wholesale sphere.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience in training ML models, understanding of classical ML models
• Experience with NLP
• Experience with document processing (OCR, layout parsing) in insurance or other related domains.
• Experience with the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approach.
• Vector DB: preferably Pinecone
• Among the libraries for interacting with various LLMs (Large Language Models)
• Experience with LangChain
• LlamaIndex is preferred
• Experience with Azure, focusing on Azure OpenAI API, would be great
• Familiarity with any Azure AI services would be a plus
• At least Upper-intermediate English

Your Responsibilities:

• Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning models, with a strong focus on classical and advanced machine learning techniques
• Work with Natural Language Processing (NLP) models to extract meaningful insights from large, unstructured data sets, especially in the context of insurance and legal documents
• Document Processing and Analysis — implement OCR and layout parsing techniques for document digitization and data extraction from insurance contracts or similar legal documents
• Utilize RAG to enhance the performance of AI models, particularly in generating accurate results from large text databases
• Work with Azure OpenAI API and other Azure-based AI services to deploy and manage ML models in a cloud environment
