We offer you to join the paid internship that will take 4 weeks and you will be working with a fun team of young professionals. You will have a lot of freedom and independence to develop your skills in sourcing from theoretical to practical skills.

During this training you will:

• Get the information about our company
• Get the opportunity to try the real working routine of recruiter
• Know all the required tools, research process and technologies
• Meet the IT part of work: libraries, frameworks, types of companies and engineers
• Try yourself in the role of sourcing specialist, communicate with candidates etc.

Responsibilities:

• Search for a IT professionals (engineers, testers, etc)
• Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, Slack, and Github, etc)
• Build talent pipelines
• Work closely with IT Recruiters to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities
  
  

Requirements:

• Understanding of an IT market, roles at IT companies
• Intermediate English and higher
• Analytical and organizational skills
• Desire and motivation to develop in IT recruiting
• Responsible, result-driven, attentive to details
• Ability to learn quickly, multitasking performance
