We are looking for a System administrator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Installation and configuration of OS (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
- Installation and configuration of additional software
- Maintenance of workstations and office equipment
- Monitor and respond to support requests and alerts
- Consulting of users in relation to technical questions
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a technical support engineer
- English — Pre-intermediate
- Higher technical education or incomplete higher technical education (4th-year students
and above) - Operation systems and administration skills: Windows 10/Macos (Linux will be a great
plus) - Network technologies: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
- Hardware: PC/Laptops/Printers
- Basic knowledge in Gsuite, Office 365 (Jira/Confluence will be a great plus)
- Android/iOS end-user devices support
