Level of English — B2-C1 (we have English content)
Analytical mindset (for transaction analysis)
Communication skills and sense of humor (needed to turn the client into a friend)
Desire to learn and develop in the field of digital
Ability to work day and night shifts


Shift schedule (day/night shifts) for 8 hours
Payment: day — $4,15/hour, night — $6,2/hour (average $800 per month)
Payment for the 1st month of training is $2.5/hour
We use modern Apple equipment
Free set lunches in the office


Support customers in chat, communicate with them and establish friendly relations
Іnstruct new users and help them to perceive the project
Monitor the correctness of transactions and analyze them in case of violations
Provide quality responses to users as quickly as possible
Collect feedback on the product from users and pass it on to the team
Solve financial issues with users
