Обязанности

As a TA Partner you will...
— Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our technical roles from strategy kick-off through successful new hire onboarding
— Be an advocate for continually raising the bar, and ensuring that candidates understand and embrace our unique culture
— Proactively network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities from niche talent pools for short and/or long term opportunities
— Assure the best recruitment experience for both the candidates and the hiring managers

We’re on the hunt for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Bilberrry team in Kyiv office, who will partner with product and business teams to ensure we’re hiring amazing talent that will drive our success.
Thus, we need someone who is not only passionate about hiring great talent, but is excited about pushing, debating with, and coaching the business in making smart recruiting decisions.
