About the Team and Role:
We’re growing our Legal team—known for its top-tier expertise, bold thinking, and strong business orientation. We operate across key global markets, including the USA, EU, Canada, and Australia.

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel with a strong foundation in Corporate Law and a curiosity for broader legal areas, including Finance, Contracts, and Regulatory/Consumer Protection.

Your impact:

• Support corporate governance and legal administration across our group structure—setting up and managing legal entities in multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide ongoing support to daily legal operations and business activities;
• Work closely with Finance on transactions and financial structuring.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements and internal policies.
• Researching and analyzing potential legal risks in the company’s jurisdictions of operations (with a focus on North America and Europe);
• Implementing legal compliance in the various areas of business operations (corporate, payment, finance, consumer rights, physical goods development and production, etc.);
• Educate internal teams on legal requirements and embed compliance into business operations.
• Collaborate with external law firms, business partners, and service providers worldwide.
  

About you:

• Fluent in English, including strong legal drafting skills.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Corporate Law, gained at a top-tier law firm or international IT product company.
• Comfortable working across multiple legal domains and solving unfamiliar legal questions with creativity and structure.
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset.
• Skillful translator of complex legal issues into plain business solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Will be a plus:

• Experience implementing or working with AI-powered tools and legal ops platforms to optimize workflows, automate tasks, and enhance team productivity.
• Background in Finance or Banking Law, or hands-on work with finance teams.
• Knowledge of consumer protection laws in the USA and EU.
• Experience advising companies through full operational lifecycles and compliance management.
• Participation in moot court competitions.
