Senior Frontend Developer (Web)

You will work closely with the Frontend team on creating and implementing onboarding funnels/quizzes, purchases, and account creation processes related to BetterMe Product.

The team manages complex logic, a high-load product, and a large number of users.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to influence business metrics with your actions and see the immediate impact of your work on the product.

Your impact:

• Work in a team of developers on a rapidly evolving web project;
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements;
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to coding standards;
• Take part in decisions regarding app architecture.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience of JavaScript;
• Familiar with client-side technologies: React, Redux;
• Experience with Next.js;
• Experience with monitoring/alerting tools such as Elastic or similar;
• Understanding of SOLID principles.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in technical management of a small project/team;
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or similar;
• Experience with fast and frequent releases;
• Desire to mentor colleagues with less experience.

Nice to have:

• Practical experience with A/B tests;
