YOUR IMPACT:

• Designing, conducting, analysing, and presenting different types of research;
• Proactively work with designers, product owners and analytics to identify research questions that can yield actionable insights;
• Collect and analyse data from different types of research (usability studies, interviews, surveys etc.);
• Providing product teams/stakeholders with research reports and recommendations.

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience conducting full-cycle research (study design, user research recruiting, moderation, analysis, and reporting);
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, along with knowledge of when, why, and how to apply them;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Strong Communication and analytical skills, critical thinking;
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience working with survey tools (TypeForm, Qualtrics, etc.);
• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R);
• Portfolio showcase.
