We’re looking for a skilled Product Marketing (Retention) Manager to join our Product Marketing team. In this role you will work closely with both product and marketing teams to drive revenue through key retention channels, including emails, SMS, and push notifications. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies for sales recovery, churn prevention, and upsell/cross-sells.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Take ownership of retention marketing activities and product strategy to drive revenue growth through retention channels such as emails, SMS, push notifications;
  • Build deep understanding of our users and identify opportunities for growth and optimization at every stage of the customer lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, upsell/cross-sell);
  • Analyze, optimize and improve our funnels with the combination of competitive research, data analytics, customer insights, and customer-centric thinking;
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of marketers, designers, analysts, copywriters and engineers to deliver business results.

    ABOUT YOU:
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role (Growth Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Product Manager, Retention Marketing Manager);
  • Strong knowledge of product metrics, A/B testing, and data analytics;
  • A solid understanding of design and copywriting principles;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency.

  • Proven track record of growing revenue through retention channels such as emails, SMS and push notifications.
