• Resolving customers’ issues and answering questions via calls and emails;

ABOUT YOU:

• Verbal and written fluency in English (B2-C1 level);
• Readiness to work on shifts 3/3, including nights, until 2:30 AM;
• Knowledge of Internet services and software technologies;
• Quick learner;
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills;
• Ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations;
• Attentive to detail and customer needs;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Quick to adapt to changing situations.

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Proven experience in a customer support role;
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
