About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Social Media Manager position with at least 1 year leading a team;
• Successful cases of social media strategy creation and implementation in the portfolio;
• Can generate unbelievably cool ideas and bring them to life;
• Keep an eye on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
• Strong communication skills;
• Upper-Intermediate (or higher) level of English.

Your impact:

• Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals and brands schedule;
• Create and manage a narrative for Social Media feeds, according to a brand vision and strategy;
• Be a holder of a communication process throughout all Social Media channels for BetterMe brands/projects;
• To stuff and manage Social Media team;
• Collaborate with other teams, like brand marketing and PR, content and customer support to ensure brand consistency;
• For the upcoming activities: set specific objectives and report on ROI;
• Monitor customer reviews and identify negative spikes in communication on Social Media in cooperation with Customer Support dpt.;
• Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, etc);
• Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences;
• Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness.
