• Experience in Product Management 5+ years in Gaming / Betting industry;
• Hands-on experience in defining and launching successful software product, implementing outstanding PM craft in line with agile methodologies;
• Work autonomously, proven records in setting product strategy;

• Conduct market and industry researches, assess market competition to make required adjustments to the product;
• Analyze customers current experience with the product, collect and analyze data to understand the customer base, their profile and motivations within the product and act on same;
• Understand sports betting customer needs and anticipate their future needs;
• Understand customer behavior and business drivers, develop product strategy and a product delivery roadmap, set timelines and product benchmarks, which aims to deliver on the key business strategy and goals;
• Set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities based on the analysis performed and convert expectations to business requirements;
• Define key metrics for measuring product success;
• Ensure good operations by setting regular oversite;
• Lead continuous improvement process and be an advocate for user experience and a promoter of customer experience-driven design for all touchpoints onsite measured by customer engagement metrics, increasing conversion and revenue.
