You will be involved in:
— HR & Recruitment team management;
— Global HR processes development, optimization and implementation;
— Constant analysis of HR policies and procedures and updating them according to organizational changes;
— Global handbook and onboarding process development;
— Managing, leading, and delivering global HR projects and initiatives;
— HRIS — monitoring and development on a global level;
— Management and development of the internal corporate portal (Bitrix).
We are interested in:
— Experience in HR/HR BP roles with a proven track record of converting business objectives into HR solutions;
— Experience in development and successful implementation of HR policies and procedures;
— Strong project management skills;
— International HR experience will be a plus;
— Ability to multi-task, adapt and adjust work focus on the fly;
— Leadership and mentoring skills;
— High level of problem-solving skills;
— Upper-intermediate level of English (both written and verbal).
