L1 Team Lead (вакансия неактивна)


You will be involved in:

• Following and managing full Incident management workflow;
• Overseeing and leading activities of the L1 application support team;
• Improving and optimizing Incident management process;
• Contributing technical answers to the Knowledge Base database;
• Providing resolution of application problems while maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing level 2 escalations;
• Incident reporting;
• Creating support production documentations;
• Providing after hours on call support on a team rotation. Ability to perform the on call duty as scheduled and assist with coverage as needed.

We are interested in:

• Minimum 1-2 year experience on the same position or experience technical support;
• High level of proficiency with Jira, Confluence or other tracking systems;
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) — must;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Intermediate level of English and higher;
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an ongoing basis, time management of self;
• Understanding SDLC;
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.

Nice to have:

• Understanding/Experience QA testing;
• Understanding/Experience Project Manager;
• Knowledge ITIL.
