— 2 years’ experience in HR generalist/HR manager/People Partner or directly related role in IT or digital;
— Experience in building and implementation of HR processes and development of HR tools;
— Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving;
— Understanding of main HR and retention metrics;
— Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, high level of teamwork and networking.
— Previous experience in IT recruitment will be a plus;
— Upper Intermediate level of English.

— Providing full scope of HR and Retention services for the teams;
— Develop, coach and support managers on all people related processes and issues;
— Contribute/Take part in further HR processes development (Employee Relations, C&B, Talents, Performance Management, any other);
— Participation in salary review process (communication with managers and employees, provide responsible managers with a salary raise proposal to be approved);
— Assisting in elaborating individual development plans for the employees in line with Performance appraisal process;
— Conducting exit and grievance interviews with employees;
— Providing department required reports and metrics;
— Take part in HR-brand development and other HR projects.
