Необходимые навыки

— Minimum 2 years of technical sales, technical support and/or consulting experience, preferably in Product companies.
— Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal, analytical and problem solving skills.
— Soft skills oriented to customer support.
— Confident at overcoming product objections; patience in dealing with new customers who are discovering the product.
— Proven track record of exceptional performance and high productivity.
— A healthy curiosity to deeply investigate and understand “what’s going on under the hood” instead of passing issues along.
— Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize on an ongoing basis.

Обязанности

— Provide outstanding email, phone and chat support
— Do basic troubleshooting for technical problems, reproduce customer’s issues in-house, proactively identify customer problems and develop creative solutions.
— Proactively communicate top issues identified with the customers and propose solutions to improve our customer journey.
— Work closely with Customer Support as well as our customers and partners to ensure successful incident resolution
— Contribute to creating and updating a support knowledge base, you will have a passion for learning and knowledge share.
— System health monitoring
— Investigating different server side application issues
— Investigating business data quality issues
— React on system failure and coordination with development team to
resolve it
— Provide client support
— Support automation, monitoring improvement , DR, change management
— Incident reporting
— Work 24/7(day/night shifts)
