— 3+ experience in software testing;
— 1+ experience in QA Lead position;
— Experience in testing Web applications/services;
— Strong experience in web/mobile testing;
— Good knowledge of REST;
— Understanding HTTP, JSON, HTML, CSS, XML;
— Knowledge of the principles of good requirements;
— Strong leadership and managerial skills.

— Ability to work under pressure;
— Have experience in software project management;
— Experience using Jira and a proven track record in Agile Development Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

— Work with Product and Development teams to identify test requirements and testing plan for features and applications;
— Checks the past records of production to review if the existing standards will continue to bring in more revenue;
— Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally;
— Responsible for conducting testing at each stage of product development;
— Provide QA reports;
— Provide RCA form QA side;
— Responsible for mentoring and supervising in QA team;
— Directly participates in the process of distribution of tasks between QA Engineers.
