— Work with Product and Development teams to identify test requirements and testing plan for features and applications;
— Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices;
— Define QA policies, development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework;
— Checks the past records of production to review if the existing standards will continue to bring in more revenue;
— Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met;
— Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally;
— Lead and mentor QA team members;
— Assist in the development of test plans to verify the functionality and performance of new features and apps;
— Drive continuous process improvements for the QA team and the company QA processes.
