— 3+ years of experience in recruiting (strong experience in filling IT and non-IT positions)
— Expert level of recruitment areas knowledge: sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessment, job analysis, compensation, and salary trends, relationship management;
— Experience in managing a team, owning team growth, and day-to-day operations
— Experience developing and documenting systems and processes, implementing change, and collaborating with employees at all levels to ensure business goals are achieved
— Organized, and able to prioritize, develop realistic timelines, and achieve goals
— Deep knowledge of the local IT market, good knowledge of technologies,
— Good communication and presentation skills
— Result-oriented mindset , proactive and initiative person
— At least intermediate written and spoken English;

— Coordinate recruitment team in order to maintain team productivity;
— Establish efficient cooperation with departments in order to determine staffing needs and maintain recruitment plan up-to-date;
— Assign recruiters and prioritize vacancies according to the Company’s needs and priorities;
— Analyze and change recruitment process stages and goals using innovative approaches;
— Manage recruitment team performance, monitor assigned tasks and approved KPIs;
— Track and implement latest trends and innovative recruitment techniques in order to be competitive in leading-edge recruitment practices, and share this knowledge with the recruitment team; Job market analysis and trends
— Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all the stakeholders;
— Track and cultivate team motivation and satisfaction in order to sustain recruitment team performance;
— Establish efficient peer-to-peer cooperation with team members in order to provide efficient coaching and onboarding for team members; People Management: Hiring, adapting, retention, dismissing of recruiters of the team.
— Work with Senior and Senior+ levels positions;
— Report to HRD in order to meet personal and recruitment team goals; Informing the HRD about staff issues, if necessary
— Develop an annual recruitment plan and budget.
