While being a part of the recruiting team, you will be responsible for the quality hiring of candidates for BetInvest Ltd.
— Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand roles, requirements, and needs;
— Calculate, plan and execute different ways to build talent pipelines;
— Find and attract talents using all possible search techniques;
— Interview and hire people who are fitting best for the role and team;
— Be partner and adviser both to the candidates and the hiring managers.
Skills to shine:
— 2+ years of experience with in-house technical recruiting (IT positions);
— Outstanding communication and networking skills;
— Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
— Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies;
— Experience in conducting different types of interviews;
— Experience in pre-screening and interviewing;
— Experience in using different searching tools;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
