You will:
— Provide tech support to internal users and to our partners that use our services;
— Analyze and troubleshoot issues that can appear on our IT/Business services;
— Solve, escalate and manage incidents;
— Be in touch with our developers, our operations departments and 3rd party service providers.
Skills to shine:
— 3+ years of experience as a technical support engineer/system administrator;
— Knowledge of ticket systems, bug trackers (GLPI, Naumen, Jira);
— Good troubleshooting experience;
— Windows/Unix administration experience;
— Experience in network administration.
