Every month, we produce 45K+ live sports events streamed to 150+ countries. Behind it all stands our tech — real-time sports data systems, streaming tools, analytical platforms, and backend infrastructure powering the entire ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a Business / System Analyst to join our Platform team. You will analyze and document requirements for backend and frontend web applications, integrations with external data feeds, and internal services used by our product team.
This role is ideal for someone who loves complex systems, enjoys structuring information, and can translate business needs into clear technical requirements.
What you’ll do:
— Work closely with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and manage system requirements.
— Model business and technical processes using user stories, use cases, diagrams, and other visual representations.
— Analyze and design integrations with internal and external services.
— Decompose tasks, build roadmaps with dependencies, and document system behavior.
— Support developers and QA with detailed specifications and data structure descriptions.
— Continuously improve documentation quality in Confluence and JIRA.
— Synthesize solutions to meet requirements and mitigate risks.
What we expect from you:
— 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst in software development.
— Strong understanding of microservice architecture, real-time messaging, and system integrations (REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, message queues).
— Ability to describe data structures and logic in a clear, structured way.
— Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to balance business needs with technical feasibility.
— Upper-Intermediate English (for communication with international teams).
Nice to have:
— Basic SQL knowledge or experience with data analysis tools.
— Experience with high-load systems or real-time data processing.
— Understanding of message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
