BETER is a rapidly growing product company. We create competitive content supplemented with analytics.

Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 22k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 35+ million viewers in 150+ countries.

We have our own engineering team supporting businesses with innovative software on every level: sports tournament management, high load analytical systems, video streaming tools, product store for our partners.

Now we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who will own HR processes within our team.

Responsibilities:

— working together with Project Managers and HR team within onboarding, performance management, retention planning processes, employee conduct, and general employee relations issues, to ensure compliance and efficiency with Company policies and procedures;
— developing talent plans for critical pipelines and leadership roles;
— developing and implementing new HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
— consulting management in compensation and remuneration programs, and retention management;
— conducting basic trainings and presentations for management on one-to-ones, performance appraisals, onboardings, etc.;
— working with LMS;
— providing and analyzing unit-required reports, metrics, and information (ESAT, eNPS, eSI, attrition, etc.), and offering solutions for improvements.

Requirements:

— minimum 3 years experience in an HRM or directly related role;
— experience in esports is a plus;
— upper-intermediate English;
— demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a quick moving;
— the ability to manage complex and ambiguous situations and independently drive to solutions;
— strong customer service orientation;
— excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills.
