Now BETER is looking for a Head of Sales to build and lead the sales department . We need you because we’re launching our internal business development department to work up even bigger clients and conquer new audiences. Our ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional who is driven to overachieve on quota goals. This candidate must be comfortable working with technical content and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality sales experience.
— Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that includes sales, revenue and profit control;
— Achieve planned sales goals;
— Participate in building the BETER sales team;
— Set individual sales goals within the sales team;
— Track sales progress and report as necessary;
— Create quarterly, annual sales forecasts and objectives;
— Draft detailed and accurate sales reports;
— Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets;
— Manage, develop and train the sales team, use CRM to manage the entire sales cycle;
— Improve customer service with clients;
— Promote the organization and products;
— Identify key prospects within the ecosystem;
— Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals;— Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty;
— Follow and meet the KPIs set by the company;
— Continuously communicate with the Product team about market expectations & customers feedback to keep a competitive offer;
— Coordinating with the Marketing team on lead generation.
— Work experience as a Head of Sales, Sales Executive, Head of Business Development or relevant role;
— Solid sales experience in B2B environment;
— 2+ years of experience in IT sales;
— Experience in building a sales process from scratch and developing a partner network, expanding the sales market;
— Successful experience in the implementation of complex strategies, including international markets;
— Ability to close the deal and build a system with a high win-win potential between all participants;
— Ability to generate non-standard approaches to solving problems;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients;
— Advanced level of English, Ukrainian and Russian;
— Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once;
— Solid experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Excel.
