For more than 3 years we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 20+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports.
BETER products are known all over the world — there are 152 countries with an audience of 20+ million viewers.

We make a product using technology and entertainment.
To stay at the top positions in our niche, we write software for our needs, relying on data: tools for organizing and managing tournaments, analytical tools, our own CRM.

About the project

Product stakeholders made the decision to lead further product development according to Agile methodologies. At the moment, 3 teams have already implemented Scrum elements, and 2 more teams implemented kanban.


Now we are looking for Scrum Master to implement and support the full-fledged agile process. There is also a need for regular monitoring and optimization of teams performance, both in general and individual activities (culture of meetings, planning, evaluations, implementation of decisions taken on retro, etc.)


Requirements:

— 2+ years of experience in Agile software development environment (in a role of Scrum Master, Project Manager etc);
— Good understanding of Scrum and Kanban framework and Agile principles;
— Scrum certification (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, etc.);
— Good understanding of SDLC and development pipelines;
— Experience working with highly professional teams and technically complicated and complex products;
— Excellent presentation skills, and the ability to effectively present information to groups of people;
— Excellent time management and organizational skills;
— Understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) processes;
— Experience working with multiple teams;
— Excellent facilitation, conflict mediation, and situational awareness skills.


As a plus:

— Experience of working with Jira or similar tools;

— Experience in sports.


Responsibilities:

— Guide and mentor several development teams at Scrum-based development processes;
— Establish, support and optimize the processes within the teams;
— Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies;
— Measure and improve the performance of teams;
— Facilitate collaboration on a daily basis to remove impediments and reduce risk;
— Grow Agile maturity within development team members as well as product owners;
— Foster an environment of trust and collaboration within the teams;
— Remove impediments for the team.
