BETER is a fast-moving product company (now there are 250+ of us, and over the past six months we have grown by 150+ people).
Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 21k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 20+ million viewers in 150+ countries.
Our current clients are the world’s most famous trading giants. We also write software for our needs — tools for organizing and managing tournaments, trading and streaming tools, CRM.
We need you because we’re launching our internal business development department to work up even bigger clients and conquer new audiences.
Our ideal candidate is a passionate sales professional who is driven to overachieve on quota goals. This candidate must be comfortable working with technical content and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing a quality customer experience.
You will join the team at its very start. The first steps are to meet the team, learn about our products and company, familiarize yourself with sales tools, CRM and lead generation process. Then you will start to build a sales pipeline, and passionately move potential customers through it.Scope of your responsibilities will include:
— Prospect new sales leads, and build a pipeline to reach monthly KPIs.
— Analyze the market on a regular basis. Create selecting criteria for potential customers.
— Develop rapport to evaluate customer needs and identify opportunities for the customer by analyzing the customer’s business processes and market trends that affect the client’s business.
— Building partnerships, conducting meetings, negotiations with potential clients.
— Preparation of commercial proposals, contract closure with clients.
— Utilize CRM to manage the entire sales cycle.
— Search, analyze, and visit all events, where the target audience may be.
— Sales-mined, social, presentable, and professional.
— Top-level communication skills.
— Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
— Advanced or Fluent English language, other languages are plus.
— Minimum 2 years of successful work experience in B2B sales with a long cycle for large checks.
— Successful experience in market development, real facts of sales growth, and the creation of new sales channels.
— Ability to close the deal and build a system with a high win-win potential between all participants.
— Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot).
— Experience working in software, consulting or technology sales, cold B2B sales is a big advantage.
— BA or equivalent.
