Our main product is sports content. We create and distribute sports content based on real sports matches (we make 21k+ matches monthly) and analytical data. Our content is watched by 20+ million viewers in 150+ countries.
Our current clients are the world’s most famous trading giants. We also write software for our needs — tools for organizing and managing tournaments, trading and streaming tools, CRM.
We are looking for an Account Manager to play a key role in building relationships with our clients.
Our ideal candidate should ensure client satisfaction. As an account manager, you will represent our company and keep our clients satisfied and engaged with our products in the long-run.
— Maintain a customer database, monitoring sales dynamics;
— Gather feedback from the clients, assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed;
— Proactively offer the right solutions for customers from our product list;
— Analyze the strengths and weaknesses of placing our products on customer sites and implement improvements;
— Implement product quality control process and ensure completeness of product representation;
— Competitor analysis;
— Implement motivational programs for clients;
— Develop product marketing kits and presentation materials;
— Manage and participate in professional events (trade exhibitions, conferences, etc) to present our products;
— Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing и Support teams;
— Engage in pre-sales discussion and sales negotiation to build the right offer for the new clients;
— Identify growth opportunities within territories, companies, products.
— Proven work experience as an Account Manager or relevant role;
— Solid sales experience in B2B environment;
— Ability to close the deal and build a system with a high win-win potential between all participants;
— Ability to generate non-standard approaches to solving problems;
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients;
— Advanced or Fluent level of English;
— Time management and multitasking skills in order to handle multiple tasks and clients at once;
— Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
