This position is required relocation to one of our offices: Malta (Sliema), Montenegro (Budva), Spain (Barcelona) or Latvia (Riga).

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall marketing strategy. You will lead a talented team and collaborate closely with other departments to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and foster customer loyalty.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute the company’s marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives and market trends. Identify key target markets and segments, and develop tailored marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Brand Management: Oversee the development and management of the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring brand compliance throughout all marketing materials.
• Digital Marketing: Lead the digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. Leverage data analytics to optimize campaigns, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy to engage target audiences and drive thought leadership in the sports betting industry. Create compelling content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and videos, to educate and engage potential customers.
• Lead Generation: Collaborate with the Sales team to generate high-quality leads and support the sales pipeline. Implement lead nurturing strategies and marketing automation techniques to convert leads into customers effectively.
• Events and Sponsorships: Identify relevant industry events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Coordinate event participation, including booth setup, presentations, and collateral development.
• Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation. Conduct market research and customer surveys to gather insights and inform marketing strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Set clear objectives, provide guidance and feedback, and ensure the team’s professional development.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI. Monitor expenditures, track performance metrics, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing leadership roles within the B2B or technology industry, preferably in the sports betting or gaming sector
• Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, and email marketing
• Demonstrated experience in brand management, ensuring consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and measure marketing performance
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing marketing teams
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in the sports betting or gaming industry is highly desirable
