We are looking for an independent recruiter who is not afraid to work with different-level and fields positions. Due to this role, you’ll be responsible for all the hiring processes and vacancies inside the company (administrative and technical). At the same time, you’ll be a part of the team (this means that you’ll participate in general HR activities). We want you to be a partner of a hiring manager who can propose the best decision.

Requirements

  • Two years of previous experience is a must. Realy, even don’t send your CV without that;
  • Basic understanding of IT technologies (you should understand the difference between frontend and backend and know the most common names of technologies);
  • Understanding and practical experience with the main channels of sourcing candidates;
  • Good understanding of labor market dynamics and trends;
  • Result-oriented attitude in work;
  • An upper-Intermediate level of English is a must.

Nice to have

  • An experience with different regions (Eastern Europe, Baltic region);
  • An experience with betting/IGaming domain (or other with unclear reputation).

Responsibilities

  • Participation in hiring strategy creation;
  • Discovering new sourcing channels;
  • Complete job descriptions creation;
  • Day-to-day communication with hiring managers;
  • Managing all job posts (social media, job sites);
  • Managing all stages of the hiring process (sourcing, screening, evaluating, closing);
  • Participation in general HR projects (for example, employer branding project).
