We are looking for a Customer Support Manager who will become a part of our team!
What are you going to do:
- Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via chat or e-mail;
- Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);
- Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;
- Analysis of the company’s services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company’s technical specialists);
- Performing other tasks of the head.
What are we looking for:
- At least B2 English level;
- Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)
- Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet
- Experience working with email service
