We are looking for a Customer Support who will become a part of our team!
What you are doing to do:
- Information and technical support of existing and new clients online via Skype, e-mail, telephone (incoming and outgoing calls);
- Work with tickets in the Zendesk system (database of customer requests);
- Development and maintenance of the existing customer base;
- Analysis of the company’s services and products, search and control of problem solving (together with the company’s technical specialists);
- Performing other tasks of the head.
What we are looking for:
- Intermediate level of English;
- Higher education (can be incomplete and preferably technical)
- Understanding of the basic principles of the Internet
- Willingness to work in a shift schedule
- Responsibility
