What will you do:

• Create business/system requirements.
• Translate business needs to system requirements.
• Prepare technical specifications and system documentation.
• Cooperation with product/project/developer managers during the product development process.

What is important for us:

• 3+ year of experience as Bussiness Analyst.
• Solid understanding of system/product development processes and methodologies, including analysis and design, requirements definition.
• Experience in developing technical & user documentation.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Experience in system integration processes, using API would be a plus.
• Good understanding of telecommunication products such as: SMS: A2P, P2P, 2-way; MNP; HLR.
• Experience in working with JIRA and Confluence tools.
• Knowledge of UML, BPMN.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL) would be a plus.
• Ability to learn quickly new domains and technologies.
• Creative approach to problem solving.
• Good communication skills.
• Good teamwork and collaboration.
• English: Upper Intermediate and higher.
• Experience with SOAP/REST web services and JSON, XML formats would be a plus.
• Experience in designing data storage structures
