Junior/mid project manager (вакансія неактивна)

We are seeking a junior/mid project manager (with some aspect of BA) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for new and ongoing projects with blockchain technologies: smart contracts, wallet integration, DAO, etc.

Role’s primary responsibilities include

• Organisation Agile/Scrum-based project management process;
• Assisting customers with the formulation of their product roadmaps and business requirements documentation;
• Facilitation of functional and technical designs, task breakdown, estimation and planning;
• Acting as an interface between English-speaking customers and our developers
• Running daily stand-ups, removing blockers, coordinating team interaction, facilitating weekly status updates and monthly roadmap planning;
• Management of two small teams that include our engineers and customer’s contractors.

We expect you can offer

• Curious and proactive personality, interested in growing professionally and learning about the crypto industry;
• Dedication to customer success;
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle;
• 1-3 year of commercial experience with Agile/Scrum, strong knowledge of PM principles and practices (should be able to articulate them and, say, teach others);
• Practical knowledge of gathering and documenting requirements and specifications;
• Strong communication skills both internal and external stakeholders;
• Good verbal and written English — KEY REQUIREMENT
