As an Employee Experience Specialist, you will be:
- Building a collaborative culture by organizing team-building events (both online and onsite), crafting ideas, and assisting managers in different offices;
- Cooperating with finance for reimbursement and management of all perks;
- Supporting the organization of company offline events, including Monthly Happy Friday in Kyiv, and assisting with events in Warsaw, Spain, the UK, and Lviv;
- Fully organizing Quarterly Camps and handling office budgets;
- Managing office operations in Kyiv coworking spaces;
- Organizing birthday and newborn gifts for all employees;
- Taking full ownership of the Welcome Pack and other company merchandise;
- Supporting internal office communication via Slack and informal Telegram chats;
- Managing and sending birthday and work anniversary greetings to employees enhancing workplace morale and fostering a positive company culture;
- Owning the People Team’s birthday celebrations;
- Arranging business travel in accordance with the Business Trips Policy.
You will definitely be successful in this role if you have:
- Are a service-oriented person with a passion for operations and at least 1-1.5 years of experience in office operations, HR & well-being administration, and event organization;
- Have Upper-Intermediate English (B2);
- Have experience organizing events—both online and offline;
- Are not afraid to take initiative and run with it; it’s easy for you to get creative with new ideas and projects;
- Love keeping things organized and are not afraid of switching between multiple contexts;
- Get excited about getting things done, and even while working on multiple tasks at a time, you still pay amazing attention to detail and follow through on everything;
- Have first-class time management skills and are flexible, cooperative, and a team player who loves to help others;
- Find happiness in seeing how your great service and personalized experience engage and motivate your internal customers (team members);
- Love to learn new skills and always come up with effective and creative solutions to make things better.
